If you can spray, that’s the best. If not, use a rough textured roller. Be prepared to use quite a bit more paint than a smooth surface. Stucco soaks it in.

It's important to clean and repair any cracks with masonry caulk first. Acrylic paint is recommended. Here's a link with more information:

A thick dense roller will work well to get into the nooks and crannies of the stucco texture. Using a brush in the smaller areas and getting quite a lot of paint on the brush and sort of "puncing" the paint into the area will prvide good coverage. Probably will need to do two coats for full coverage.
I would prime it with a sealing primer first, to reduce the amount of paint used.
You'll need a very fluffy roller cover, like 1/2" nap, or you can use a paint sprayer.
Just like any other paint project, prep is key to a long lasting outcome. Here are some sites with step by step instructions along with tools you will need.

Stucco sucks up paint, so when purchasing be sure to get enough.
Hi! Clean, repair, and a paint sprayer will help get good coverage.
I would use a paint sprayer on that, it would be the easiest way to get full coverage. https://rstyle.me/+yDWxEz1mprp5cam8AbkqGA
Hello there,
Rather depends on size of wall you want to paint. Can be done with 4" paint brush and a 2" brush to get into the difficult places. Best wishes. P
