Its good for cleaning, but I've read it doesn't hold up to coronavirus. Soap and water is a good choice. The soap removes the viral particles that have attached themselves to surfaces — whether it’s your hands, face or countertops — and suspends them in the water, so they can be washed away. Here's an article with more information:

No. It’s a helpful cleaner but not a sanitizer.
Probably not. Although acids will inactivate viruses (vinegar is acetic acid), it’s quite dilute and the pH isn’t likely low enough.
simply... WASH YOUR HANDS!
Using soap and water to clean your hands gets rid of more germs than vinegar. If you do run out of hand sanitizer vinegar could work until you get home to wash your hands with soap and water as it would be more effective than plain water and would be less caustic than using bleach on your skin. If you go into a store to shop use both the cart disinfection wipes and the hand sanitizer available and, MOST IMPORTANTLY, as you EXIT the store use the hand sanitizer that has been made available in many large stores. When you get home-WASH YOUR HANDS WITH SOAP AND WATER!
you'd be better off using rubbing alcohol or high proof vodka/liquor both can be diluted slightly with water to use on skin ; vinegar only kills some bacteria in/on porous surfaces not viruses--- only over the counter product that kills almost all bacterial & viral pathogens is bleach. these viruses can be effectively inactivated by lipid solvents including ether (75%), ethanol, chlorine-containing disinfectant, peroxyacetic acid and chloroform except for chlorhexidine.

Hi Bear - The CDC recommends washing your hands first, and also alcohol in hand sanitizer, however it's not always appropriate for some folks. This one is made without alcohol if that is an option for you. It's super easy and takes approximately 30 seconds to make. Hope this helps! Hugs, Holly

Sorry but no. It's not a sanitizer
No but hydrogen peroxide was recommended by our pediatrician to sanitize children's toys instead of bleach.
No, you’d need rubbing alcohol
Hello Bear, yes you sure can, it is an all time natural disinfectant! Here is a great recipe for a spray!
Use a 1:1 ratio of diluted vinegar and water and store it in a spray bottle. Then you can spritz and disinfect your kitchen sink, counters, or any other spots that you'd normally use bleach but want to be food-safe. To counteract the vinegar smell, you can use soapy water to rinse the sink afterward.
