I think the best one is Wagner Power Sprayer. In this situation, I think you get what you pay for. I suggest buying a better model. I read reviews for these power sprayers and was pleasantly surprised to see they all had five stars.
I have a Flexio sprayer. It is easy to use and easy to clean.
If it is a one off project it may be cheaper to rent a spray gun. If you have a compressor you can pick up a spray gun for cheap on Amazon.

We tried a few brands but ended up with the Graco brand from Lowe's. The model we have you can hang a 5 gallon bucket on 1 gallon and feed directly from it. Another bonus is the paint doesn't have to be strained.
Note that if your wood is pressure treated you will need to let it completely cure prior to painting. There are a lot of theories as to how long you need to wait but I would go 6 months to be safe. You want all the oils that are used to treat the wood to have completely absorbed and are no longer in the outer surface of the wood. It will keep the paint from adhering properly.

I have the HomeRite sprayer and it works really good.
Last time that I painted a deck, I just used a paint roller with an extension handle so I could stand up while I painted. That way I didn't have over spray. Railings were done with a brush. You may need a brush to get into gaps. This is cheap way and you don't have to buy a sprayer that you may never use again. Be sure to clean deck and repair damaged areas.
A garden sprayer is a good way to spray stain if you opt for that instead of paint. It is thin and applies easily. I recommend a good quality porch and deck paint if you want to paint. It will hold up to lots of traffic.
I have a Wagner Flexio, it is great and very easy to use. Less overspray than most sprayers.
We have a great HomeRight one, which I believe is now owned by Wagner. I don't think you could go wrong with either.
I love this sprayer: https://thehoneycombhome.com/painted-dresser-vintage-upcycle/
You could use a roller in a broom stick for the floor
