Spring Boho Inspired Pillow Cover
I took a plain pillow cover I had on hand and added some trim to give it a fresh and fun spring update.
I wanted to give my house a little spring update and decided to give a plain pillow cover I had on hand an quick makeover. If you are like me, you may have a few!
I found this trim in the clearance area at Hobby Lobby. I knew this would come in handy for some great DIY projects! This trim is super detailed with fun fringe and so Boho!
I measured out the trim and cut the length I needed. I gave each end a bit extra.
I took some fabric glue and ran a bead across the top. Not too much or you will have a mess. Too little and the trim wont stick!
I then pressed it into place. I wrapped the corners a bit to give it a finished look.
I gave the pillow three more layers of trim. You can just add one or overlap to change up the look!
I then laid it flat and let it dry completely. The trim won't stick if it isn't dry!
I then stuffed the pillow with an insert. So easy and I think it turned out super cute! I may have to do a few more.
Enjoyed the project?

Where did you get the trim? I was looking for tassel trim like that and wound up getting something else. I love the pillow and will make one just like that, providing I could find the fringe.
