For the seat you can find all kinds of seat cushions in a wide variety of places from dollar stores to department stores. Just sit on them until you find 1 that your prefer.
For the lumbar support Amazon has lots of them, here is the link. Or if you want to personally shop around, try office supply stores to get an idea of what might work for you and your needs:

Best to you.
This is helpful! Thanks!
We got lumbar supports on Amazon. Most stores will sell small cushions that can be tied to chair back.
Okay thanks. I will check then.
Others have given you good answers. I'll add that I've seen the curved lumbar support pillows at the dollar store, though I'm not sure how good they are.
You're welcome!
Add a seat cushion and get a mesh support for the back. I have a gel cushion on mine and it is wonderful.
Thanks for your feedback, Kathy! I will try.
Hi there,
Cushions are the best, as you can arrange them to suit your own particular needs!
Enjoy the rest!
Thanks!
There are cushions that you can attach to your chair. Here are a bunch of styles you can make https://www.google.com/search?q=diy+lumbar+pillow&tbm=isch&ved=2ahUKEwjpy4yH1tToAhVELN8KHS2wCgkQ2-cCegQIABAA&oq=diy+lumbar+pillow&gs_lcp=CgNpbWcQAzICCAAyBAgAEBg6BQgAEIMBOgQIABBDOgYIABAKEBhQ5VJY968BYIe2AWgIcAB4BIABgwKIAagukgEHMC4xNy4xMpgBAKABAaoBC2d3cy13aXotaW1nsAEA&sclient=img&ei=bpWLXuncFcTY_Aat4KpI&bih=730&biw=1536&rlz=1C1RLNS_enUS874US874
Thanks Diana!
I was truly amazed at the HUGE number of cushions for sale at my local Salvation Army. I bought 4 cushions for less than $10. Fabric spray paint allowed me to make them all look like they belong together.
Hello I use one of those lumbar support pillows that sculpted in shape both in desk chairs and on the sofa.
What sort of a 'flat' chair is it? Please post a picture so that we can see what you have to work with.
You could always get one of these to support your back - https://amzn.to/39PkOSI
I have found a round, long lumbar pillow helps the lower back!
If you want, you could try switching chairs... sometimes that can make all the difference and they have special lumbar support chairs out there. Otherwise, I'd buy a lumbar support cushion.
Yes, I am planning to change it. But for now just trying to make it comfortable.
