How to replace a tub to a shower?
I live in an older mobile with a smaller than normal bathtub. The tub was redone where it was set on a wood frame. Now the bottom of the tub is cracking, my thought, the bottom doesn’t sit on the floor for support. So I would like to have a shower only and get rid of the tub. Any suggestions? Thank you

Here's a post that might help - https://www.budgetdumpster.com/blog/bathtub-to-shower-conversion-open-shower/
You can get a kit to convert a tub to a shower and some home improvement stores will do it for you. Here's a link with some information:

You may find a fiberglass shower insert that fits the space exactly. That would make the job much easier. Remove the old one and simply insert the new one in its place.

Shower kits are nice if you can get the right dimensions. Make sure the individual pieces will fit through any door between outside and bathroom. We tried to fit a 2-piece shower kit, but couldn't get through any doorway. Had to go get a 3-piece. The are also pros that do this work (bath fitters, etc.).
I'm not familiar with the construction of a mobile home, but if this helps at all, here is a post I wrote when we changed a tub to a shower.

The floor may be weak. Replace floor and call someone to put your shower.in. This is not a diy.
You should be able to replace with a kit. Mobile home tubs are a bit smaller, as you stated, so you should be able to get a shower kit that fits in the space nicely. If you have any space left over, put some shelves in the space and keep bathroom items in there. You can roll towels and put them in the space.
Or you could put something like this in the space:

Just from my experience you need to know what you are doing or you can cause more damage. We had a leak that we could not see and it rotted all our wood and made the carpet mouldy.
A shower kit is your safest bet. I would strip the tub area down to the subfloor and studs to expose any damage for repairs, first. Stay well!
