Hello Irma! Here's some info for you! If you can when Easter is over and your plant is done blooming, plant it outside in a garden. It's a perennial and will come back every year! My mother in law has years and years of Easter lilies planted in her garden!

To keep your potted Easter lily as its best, it prefers a cool daytime temperature of 60° to 65° F. and nighttime temperatures 5 degrees cooler. To keep the flowers from wilting, avoid placing the potted plant in direct sunlight. Most plants will lean toward the sunlight.

Hi Irma. Put your Easter Lily where it will get 6 to 8 hours of sunlight every day. It prefers morning sun. So if you have a window facing east, that will probably be the best place for it. Water it every 3 to 4 days.

Lots of sun, I always put mine in the yard. My brother in law buys my mother one every year and she has a row of them where she transplants them every spring.

Hello Irma, hope this helps you out, is this just until you plant it outside?
1 Remove the anthers. The anthers are the tall stems that grow from the center of the bloom. Removal can prolong the life of the flower and prevent pollen from staining the pristine white petals.
2 direct sunlight as this is sure to shorten their lifespan.
3 Keep it cool. Be sure your plant is protected from any heat sources or vents and try to keep your home between 60°F and 68°F.
4: Water when the soil is dry to touch. Avoid over-watering or letting it sit in water but do not let it stay dry for a prolonged period of time either.
5: Remove any fading flowers. Pruning any withering petals will help promote new growth.
Depending on your zone, you can put it outside. I planted two in the ground after Easter last year, and they come back! We live in zone 8.
