All else fails use Easy Off No Fume Oven Cleaner in the BLUE can. Works on enamel, porcelain, and fiberglass
Mix Dawn dish soap, baking soda, and perioxide together to make a paste. Scrub well and let the mixture stay on the tub for about a half hour. Then rinse and scrub well again and it should look clean and shiny.

It depends on what is on it, but vinegar and baking soda is a good way to start.
I use Lysol bathroom cleaner in the blue trigger spray bottle. If it is really stubborn, barkeeper's friend.

You could use Bar keepers Friend with water and a sponge. Rinse with a little W/up liquid in water. Dry with towel. Hope that's of help!
