You can just use dish soap that is antibacterial. Dawn, Ajax, and Palmolive are three brands that I can think of. I just use an empty hand soap bottle and pump and make a 3 part dish soap 1 part water mixture. I have even done half and half mixture. If you are worried about Covid--that is a virus--not a bacterial infection. Washing your hands throughly with ANY kind of soap will work. You don't need an antibacterial mixture.

I wouldn't say it's antibacterial, but it's a great homemade soap recipe that we've used for years: https://wellnessmama.com/8631/foaming-hand-soap/
Soap in general is antibacterial soap, just wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds, getting under rings, rinse thoroughly and dry your hands. It does not matter if the soap is liquid or solid, it destroys bacteria.
We do not use any antibacterial products in our home, it kills off normal bacteria that protects you. The antibacterial products create super germs that have a good survival rate.
