Did you have a late frost Tommy? It would be best to talk with a local horiculturist/nursery who can give you some answers. Not all apple trees can be planted in different zones. I live in a cold northern climate and we have Harelson apple trees. They have to survive very cold winter temps and a shorter growing season. We have had our tree for many years-at least 35 years-and they have produced so many apples that I give them away by bushels in the fall because I can't use them all.
I have an apple tree, too, and the weather does seem to affect whether it blooms and fruits each year. I agree with Gk that a late frost might have hurt caused this to happen. We had some snow recently, and my apple tree is still about to bloom, but it has been cut off by bad weather before. What area are you in, Tommy?
Hi Tommy, so sorry you are having problems with you apple trees. Hope this information helps you. Stay well Search Results

Stress, drought, strong wind, frost or too young of a tree. If is due to Mother Nature, you will have to wait until next year for it to establish itself better.
You can check with a local nursery. Sometimes overnight temps can dip too low and affect the blossoms.
It could have been rain/strong wind that did it.
The usual reason for losing the blossom is stress of some description. So you are looking at frost, very cold wind, drought, too young a tree, take your pick.
