Try buffing with vegetable oil. There's also this kit:

Try a little Bar Keeper's Friend.
You might be able to try car compound very lightly to buff them out try it on a very small spot go in the same direction all the time
Do not use any kind of vegetable oil. It does spoil and gets rancid

I've used brass polish to get off fine scratches. Some generic "metal" polishes have worked too.
Hi Brenda. Use a non-abrasive compound such as Bar Keeper's Friend or Revere Stainless Steel and Copper Cleaner. (In a pinch you can even use whitening toothpaste). Good luck Brenda. Stay well and healthy.
Hi! I keep Bon Ami under my sink. I very gently polish one out with the cleaner and a wet sponge. For routine care I use a stainless steel polishing product that can also be used on other types of sinks. I'll attach a link.

Agree with William. Do not use vegetable oil for this purpose.
Hello Brenda, You can only use a stainless steel cleaner, it will help a bit.
