Hi Sherril, have you tried a baking soda paste left to sit on the fabric, then washed off?
Here's an idea that uses shampoo Sherril! Maybe this can work for you.

Baking soda and liquid detergent mixed together into a paste. Put it on the fabric and let it sit for about 30 minutes then wash it off.
White vinegar is a powerful odor neutralizer and works wonders on underarm areas of fabrics. Fill your washing machine with water, then add 1/3 cup of white vinegar. Turn off the machine and let the garment soak for 20 minutes, then launder as usual. Washing Soda.
Those are all good suggestions. I should have specified that the body oil odor has lodged itself in a set of cotton, King size sheets.
