What's wrong with it? I love a moss yard! https://www.charlestoncrafted.com/how-to-grow-moss/
Here in rainy Oregon its a constant battle on the north side of the lawn. I use a lawn spreader and Moss Out in the granules to kill it. Moss Out also comes in a liquid hose attachment bottle. You need to rake up the dead moss when it dies it turns black. Then the grass comes back nice.
I also make sure to rake out the excess dead grass from the lawn, and to spike it in the Fall to improve drainage. If you have a lot of dead material in the lawn, you make want to rent a blade for the mower to chop it up real fine into the catch bag.
A moss lawn is beautiful! Sure you want to get rid of it? Far too hot and dry where I live, and enjoy at my friends homes in other parts of the country.

It needs to be determined first what is causing the moss.
As others have referred to above, is it the excess dampness and/or shade in the area, insufficient drainage, or simply a wet climate zone (such as the Pacific north west)?
You can try to remove the moss, with various products mentioned above, but unless you address the cause of the moss, it will be a constant and costly battle to keep it from continuing to grow.
Are you in a heavily shaded area? Moss likes shade! Grass likes sun! If it is sunny, you'll have to pull out the moss and seed the area with grass.
