Hi Sierra I've always liked this idea: http://www.budgetbarbie.com/2009/12/hiding-toilet-bowl-scrubber-and-plunger.html Hiding the plunger in a flower pot and fake flowers place on top for a nice decorative element that's also very practical!
I took an old lysol wipes canister, covered it with contact paper and store my plunger in it. I also store my toilet brush in one. You could buy a metal vase at Kirklands and use that too.
Here's one idea!

How to hide a toilet plunger?
You could build a holder for it. My mom took several coffee cans, cut the bottom out, and put them together. I think it took 3. Then covered the cans with a towel and added lace. You can even make a top so that you can't see it, just cover a piece of cardboard cut to the size slightly larger than the opening.
You could decorate a old coffee can and use that to cover it up.
A decorative tubular vase or metal cylinder might be an option.
This is one of the best space-saving solutions that I've seen for storing a plunger out of sight, yet still having it nearby.
