How do I bring back lustre to gemstones??
I made some clay hearts and added glitter and gemstones. I sprayed the hearts with a clear sealant and now the gemstones lack lustre. Please help! They are not real. They are rhinestones.

If you can rub any of the clear sealant off the gemstones and then use some clear nail polish instead maybe that will help. Just a thought!
The sealant is meant to seal so I'm not sure you can get it off. Perhaps try adding high gloss sealant over the gems???
Before you prepare your next batch, seal and dry before adding the the embellishments.
Use a cotton swab dipped in nail polish remover (the acetone kind) and gently remove the sealant off the gemstones. Do what Naomie suggests. next time seal before adding gems.
