I would get a hold of Samsung and see what they say.
Are they from something chemical you used? Did you wash anything with a cleaning product in it? Did you try soap and water? Good luck and stay safe!

Hell. Have you called the Samsung customer service number, they may offer you the best suggestions and solutions safe for the product.
It looks like spray scattered from fabric stain remover or spray bleach marred the metal. Can You try covering it with stainless steel cleaner? This would shine it, making the spots less visible.
Were you recently drying any items that had toggle ties, large buttons, large snaps, or similar embellishments or attachments? I am wondering if perhaps soap got trapped inside the toggles, then was spewed out when the item was tumbling in the dryer?

I would try to figure out how they're forming... is it rust? Could you try a magic eraser or rust remover on them?

Is this stainless steel? Maybe a stainless steel cleaner.
