Year around front door wreath?
My MIL has two homes which one is out of town. She'd like a wreath for her front door that is non-seasonal/non-holiday. In attempt of helping her out I was thinking of placing the white colored letter "M" on a boxwood wreath but is boxwood considered year around? Maybe I'm overthinking this. What do you think? Do you have another idea?

I think a boxwood sounds perfect!
Hello. I think a monogram wreath would be terrific.
Monogram or Patriotic.,
A burlap wreath would be pretty! You could add a monogram.
Hi Julie. I love the idea of a boxwood wreath with a monogram on it. Go for it.

A monogram can be an attractive adornment for an exterior door as long as it large enough. If it is too small it will likely look dinky and cheap.

Your front door wreath is the first part of your own home coming, so open the door and see what the owners are like! If your home is glamorous and flowing, make a glamorous wreath, if decorating is whimsical, then a more whimsical style is for you. Now find what you love in that style such as traveling, sports, or gardening. Now put that together in a pleasing fashion to your eye, remembering that one larger focal area, or three smaller areas are most pleasing to the eye. Then fill in with smalls to make the eye travel the whole wreath. Make your everyday wreath show who you and your family are, and remember we are not all round people and your wreath doesn't have to be either!
Hi Julie, I hope this gives you some ideas for wreaths you can use all year. If your looking for a wreath that can be used year round too than here are 10 wreaths that I found and loved.

I decorate my front door more than the back door. I keep a simple rag wreath on the back in pretty colors. Your idea sounds great by the way. I have a simple wreath on my front door with the word "hope " because it's what we all need right now. Good luck and stay safe!
I would think boxwood is year round. Magnolia leaves would be another option. Or go with a color that works with her home. My parents keep a wreath up year round on their front door that is in support of their college.
I'd get a grapevine wreath form from the craft store. Then add your wooden M or whatever. She can stick in seasonal anything easily - like leaves slowers christmas ornament etc
Yes, boxwood is considered year 'round. That would be a lovely wreath that could be left up all year long.
A green wreath is a good idea but a real boxwood may dry out from the sun. They say you should spray them with water to keep them healthy. How about a fake one? I like the letter idea.

Absolutely. I was going to suggest boxwood.
