Hello,
It ill take a bit of time, but why not colour them with nail varnish, to give you another effect! You could start with just a few. doesn't have to be the same colour. You could also make a pattern or colour in a tree or flowers etc. depends on if you have the vision, but if not you could use a stencil and colour in only the ones you want. Have fun.
Hi Lydia, you can definitely paint your faux mosaic tiles. Just prep them really well and use a paint that suitable for damp or moist areas. Your local hardware will be able to advise you which one is bext.

Lydia: Since they are a neutral color -- you might want to reconsider... and jazz up the bathroom in other colorful ways... shower curtain, towels, art...
I think they’re pretty nice and neutral! Painting them will look good for a bit - but even the best paint will rub off with scrubbing. Maybe consider decorating around them?
Personally, I wouldn't paint it. They are not meant to be painted and I think the finish will not last.
Hi Lydia, hope this helps you out, follow instructions exactly and it should turn out great!

I would not. painted bathtubs never last.
Epoxy Paint: Apply two coats of a two-part epoxy paint that's made for tile and other hard to paint surfaces, such as Rust-Oleum Tub & Tile.
Rustoleum or Homax tub and tile paint. Proper prep is the key.
Thanks for the information, it is a good solve for my issue.
I have done this project in a past house and it worked great. I used this paint for the project: https://amzn.to/2ZhmPoK
Hi Lydia, yes you can. It's best to use paint made specifically for tiles, which most hardware store should sell. Prep the tiles really well before painting. Here’s a great video that will show you how to paint bathroom tiles.- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zYkCuIAJca8&t=114s
