You DO NOT want to mix bleach and lemon juice!! It will create a toxic gas!
Here's a recipe that use bleach and water. Keep in mind that you only want to make up enough to use in one day because it will lose it's effectiveness beyond that.

Never mix lemon with bleach.
Mixing lemon juice with bleach can release a toxic chlorine gas, so be careful to always keep these cleaning ingredients safely separate.
I would not mix those two, it is very dangerous. You can use hydrogen peroxide as a disinfecting spray. That would be the best and safest way to go.
Katherine: NEVER mix the two!

Please don't mix them! Either one will work in a spray bottle, but, not together. I actually prefer soap and water. Dawn dish detergent and a little water, a microfiber cloth will clean almost anything. Always clean a surface of any debris or obvious dirt before disinfecting, or it won't work. I spray the surface, wipe it with my cloth, and then if it is a surface that will not be damaged by bleach, hydrogen-peroxide, alcohol, etc., spray it on and let that air dry. Good luck and stay safe!

Bleach can be risky to use.
I prefer to use Lysol spray solution that’s diluted for my spray bottles or to use straight alcohol by putting a spray attachment inside the bottle.
Additionally for disinfecting smaller items like pens pencils or phones I will use medical alcohol wipes that are used to prep the skin before injections. A box cost less than two dollars.
This is helpful, especially for killing germs. I would just add some lemon juice to it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=srWGJjnM1io
