How to Lay Stick Down Vinyl Tiles on Concrete Floors ...www.youtube.com › watch
I would recommend using a flooring adhesive to put them down. I did peel & stick on a concrete floor at MIL's many years ago. The best adhesive I found is the kind that gets tacky before you lay down the tiles.
Sounds like you're looking for a specific post you saw -- try the search bar at the top left to re-locate it and you can ask there. Likely you can do this but you might need an extra adhesive.
