White cleaning vinegar should do the trick. If it's built up, you can soak towels in it and leave on for a while to loosen.

Hi Shannon, you can clean with white vinegar, it will dissolve the hard water marks, if on a part you cannot immerse, use gloves and a rag soaked with vinegar, do NOT use the light until it is completely dry.
