My husband left a can of cooking spray on the counter and it left a grease ring on my new granite counter top that was recently installed.

My first instinct would be to try a magic eraser and vinegar. After that a paste of baking soda and vinegar left on it for a day or two might help as well.
Step 1: Combine 2 tablespoons of baking soda with 1 teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide in a small bowl. Mix to form a paste. Step 2: Cover the stain with a thick layer of the paste and then cover with plastic wrap. Let sit for 24 hours.

My friend uses OxiClean on her countertops to remove stains and swears by it.

Lemon Essential. Let sit and then use magic eraser. I had to do a couple of times.
leave some of toothpaste on your counter over night on a small spot to make sure all is gone
