Where is the drawer that needs to be replaced?
In a dresser, in a kitchen cabinet, etc?
Is the drawer presently mounted on slider tracks with wheels?
It's going to depend on where this drawer is fitting into, I imagine. Generally, you'd build a box and attach drawer slides to it if that's what the piece already has in it. Examine what you have and research from there.

Hi! When I have to replace something like a drawer, I look at an intact one to see how it is put together. That way the replacement will match. If you have the old drawer, you may be able to rebuild and repair it, or at least get the measurements from the old one and hopefully the drawer front to reuse. Hardware stores and online can help you with the hardware you need. My biggest gripe with a lot of furniture is how flimsy the bottom of drawers have become. Good luck and stay safe!
