I just space them evenly around the form. You can add more if you want a fuller look once you get started. Good luck and stay safe!

I twist them across the mesh where it meets the wreath. Make the loops large and then use a stem as a "twist tie" to attach it. I like to cut mine in half, they are just too long for this purpose in my opinion.
