Here's a link to a web site that has doggie doors in different colors, looks like clear is an option. They are expensive, see the dots nest to each door and see what you think, they also say they last a long time:

Have you tried training with treats? My dogs were too dumb to figure out the dog door but the cat got the hang of it right away. The flap they go through is clean plastic.

My pet door has a clear flap on it - if you already have a doggie dog then find a replacement flap in clear for it or here is more info

Consider the plastic strips that are used in commercial application for freezers. You hang like a curtain.

You could try the plastic flaps but you could also seek out some acrylic or plexiglass.
Hi! They are available with clear doors. We bought a locking one for added security. Good luck and stay safe!
Hi Marie, you can try to buy some of that clear vinyl that they use in car washes or walk in freezers, it is flexible and you can cut it to fit, they can see through it before trying to go through.
Oh thank you Deb your answer is just what I was looking for. Going shopping tomorrow.
