Are you trying to transfer pictures on fabric ?
Iron ons! If you can print from your computer and iron you can add photos to fabric. We outline the steps here (though graphics vs photos the steps are the same): https://www.frugalfamilytimes.com/2013/04/diy-harry-potter-marauders-map-t-shirts.html

Inkjet Printing Onto Fabric
Hello.
Hello. I believe in the stationary area you can buy computer generated photo transfer sheets that you can iron onto fabrics. Years ago my daughter made T-shirts this way.
I like to use a screen printing methods or adhesive stencil to place images on fabric. I use speedball fabric ink and also is my vinyl cutting machine making adhesive stencils. When using the silk screen you can make many projects using the same stencil or just use the vinyl stencil directly on the fabric to make one. Clip art type imagery works wonderfully.
They are SVG generators to take your photograph or drawing and make it into a vinyl adhesive cutting file.
Yes - you can print your images onto photo transfer sheets and iron them on!
