To attach the shelves to a brick wall you will need a masonry bit for drilling. Here's a link with the details:

Hi Kristo, there are clips called brick clips (and hooks) that are designed for hanging things on brick walls that you can get as well. They should have them at your local home improvement store.
It’s more about how to get the shelves to stay on the brick wall. They make drills, screws and anchors for masonry so I would look into that.
You’ll need masonry drill bits and screws plus a strong corded drill to ensure the shelves are secured to the wall safely. Beyond that, you should be able to attach the branches to the shelves.
Hello Kristo, hope this helps you with the anchor parts of hanging shelves on a brick wall, hope these help you out

It appears as if the shelves in the picture have been glued on to the branch projections, rather than being attached to the wall. It can also be noted that the shelves are quite thin and therefore probably not that sturdy. They likely can not withstand much weight on them either, as the items shown in the picture are small and not heavy looking.
If you are wanting to display items on your wall tree that are heavier than the ones in the picture, then I would say that the shelves will have to be individually secured to the wall, rather than just glued to the branches.
Keep in mind that you will either need to drill and use masonry anchors or you could possibly use brick clips to keep from drilling into it.
You can buy Timber Shelves and Brackets at the DIY store. They come in all sizes, so you can have them graduating in the shape of a tree.
