Absolutely! Its gonna be rough to be inside with the fumes though so I would make sure to do it over warm enough days that you can leave the windows open with a fan to help air the place out.

Let it dry very well in between applications. I learned the hard way that oil based poly yellows over time. The water based doesn't appear to yellow.
