How can I turn a dresser in to a bathroom vanity?

just remove back of vanity in the middle to accommodate for plumbing ..drill the hole for vesel sink and you are good to go

It would depend on the style of dresser that you currently have and if you want the vanity to have an area where you can pull up to sit down. Also, if you want to add a sink for a bathroom vanity of if you are changing it to a vanity for getting dressed.
