Check out framemymirror.com they have frames you can add to builder grade mirrors
Hello. The most common upgrade seems to be framing around the mirror in a type of molding of your choice. Some people do you remove the mirror and place smaller ones or two independent ones for a different look.

If you have a standard size mirror, you might be in luck at a flea market or a 2nd hand store. Also, I have seen plenty of pictures and frames at the Restore.

How to Add a Tile Frame to a Bathroom Mirror
Hi, you can can put any kind of frame around it to spice it up, you can use, wood, tile, beads, rope, jewels, or shells, Use your imagination, have fun! You can glue the items right on the frame
Get some decorative molding from Lowes or Home Depot. If you do not want to mitre the corners, both stores sell corner pieces and both stores will cut the molding for your measurements. Then you need to paint the molding on both sides. The back side only needs to be painted half way it will show when you glue the molding on the mirror. Use a good construction adhesive or Locktite power grab
You could, Add a Frame of Timber or Plastic and Paint/Stain/Tile/Decoupage with Fabric or other material, or you could surround it with Coloured Gaffer Tape or Spray Etch a Design etc.
