Two of the drawers which I want to keep to hinge into a door. I won't have a problem making the shelf once I can use these as a door. HELP!

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking but you should be able to remove the drawer fronts and attach hinges to one side for doors.

Remove the Drawers and measure and fit MDF to fit the spaces left and secure.
