That's a personal preference. I like the yellow, but I think shutters would dress it up. Whatever color you decide, keep the roof shingle color in mind.
Hello. What color is your roof? Is it gray or green? Some additional information could be useful to help suggest color ideas. I do agree with the above poster shutters would be a beautiful addition to your home.
I like the yellow is the roof green or gray? Adding shutters a forest green would pop if roof is green or if roof is gray then add navy blue shutters window boxes instant curb appeal. Window boxes can be painted as your front door
Oh it's so charming now! I agree with Ann, add some shutters and paint the front door. Of course, if you don't love it yourself and need a change, I would hit Google images or Pinterest and see what color houses make you smile and go with that! Hope you'll share an after shot. What a great house!!

if you had shutters painted a darker color and the front door too it would be fine with that sunny yellow and just trim up the shrubs a little

White with gray trim
Why not go with a crisp white and add some shutters, maybe in a pale blue and add a navy blue door or navy blue shutters and trim and a bright yellow door?

I am all about neutrals, so I'd say white or cream. The white color may go best with the gray roof, though. Then you can add color by painting your door and adding some shutters. This article may help: https://www.bobvila.com/slideshow/12-exterior-paint-colors-to-help-sell-your-house-47419
Take a look at Behr, Arbor Hollow. It's a light silver green. It's gray enough to be sophisticated, green enough to be interesting and light enough to look cheerful. I'm about to paint my third house that color!
I will refresh the yellow color, and paint the around the windows, and porch in a nice blue. You could use shutters too. Paint the door red.
Green roof. Light yellow house colour. White trim. Very nice. I like it a lot. I'd just add some white shutters. Maybe a piece of wall art between the window and porch. Then I'd turn to landscaping. I'd plant a couple of evergreens on the far side - the type that grow to a fairly good height and are not wide in circumference. I'm a big fan of edging as makes the yard look very well groomed. I'd edge out at least a foot all around your shrubs (and new trees if you go for the idea) and less than that along the walk. Maybe plant along each side of your walk - maybe alternating alysum (white) and that purple border plant (forget what its called). A few of those rectangular flower boxes to hang on your porch railing with some purple, orange, etc. flowers would be nice. Is there room on your porch for a lawn chair and small table?
I would add green trim to the yellow house and some window boxes that are painted green full of spring flowers and ferns. Sherwin Williams has a green we used on our house trim called Litchen and Liverwort.
How about a gray color?
