Try applying some WD-40 to the connections at sink level.or where it usually turns. Hard water or mineral deposits may have built up to cause the problem.

Check and see if your hoses underneath are not bunched up.
If your faucet is new, this is not that uncommon.
If not new, then the solution may depend on what type of faucet you have. Take a picture and go to Home Depot of Lowes and ask in the plumbing section what might be causing it to bind up. It maybe something as simple as mineral deposits or more complicated involving disassemble and lubrication.
Hello. I might be best to call the manufacturer directly if no one can give satisfactory plumbing advice here. Some of my plumbing products were covered by a warranty in the past and I was provided new faucet handles cost free.
It might be due to hard water mineral buildup.
Try WD40
Check underneath to make sure nothing is wrong with the hoses. It may be over tightened, I've seen that as well.
