Here are some hangers for wrought iron pots, they just screw into the fence posts:

They should also be at diy stores like Home Depot and Lowes, possible Walmart.
Since wrought iron is heavy, I would attach hooks to the posts with long screws.
Hello. I could depend on the size and weight of your planters. I recently purchased some new plastic planters and while filled up with plant material and soil and a bit of water they have broken my wrought iron hanger off my pressure treated deck board. Caution would be needed in the weight of your planters.
