Hang on the wall or turn into a rug. I have a friend who paid quite a bit for a real cowhide 2 years ago in Texas for a rug.
I would use it as an accent rug if it is big enough.

Thanks for all your suggestions. This cowhide is stiff and hard—cannot bend it at all. So I decided to cut out circles and write sayings on the hide, then mount on walls!
