Is it possible to remove it from the globe? Many of them have a rubber seal on the bottom. If so, you can either repair or replace by opening the seal to access the rose.
Is there a way to remove the bottom? Can we see a photo?
Need a little more information, what is wrong with the rose in the globe and how is it damaged. Most globes just unscrew at the base and you can access the water and the contents.
Is it a real flower, artificial, or paper? Please send a picture of it and what is wrong. We'd love to help you.
You should be able to remove the bottom and gain access to the rose. Depending on the damage, you can trim back petals if needed.
If there's a way to remove the bottom, and access the rose. Then it's best to repair or replace it.
Hi! Do you have any pictures? Usually something decorative has a hidden area where it is fastened together. Probably on the bottom with screws or some other fastener. If the manufacturer is marked on the item, you could also contact their customer service for help. Good luck!

Do you think you could find something to replace the bottom with? Then you could remove it and fix the rose and put the new bottom in - if it’s damaged with opening.
