Hi Sharon, hope this helps you out,

You could take a small paintbrush and recolor the grout. Also, you can paint the tiles BUT I think the table is gorgeous and would go with any outdoor space. The painting will be time-consuming and it may not last.
No, you do not need to EAT your table lol! 😎
You can paint the grout and the tile with ceramic craft paint. Michaels or Hobby lobby. Then seal with Rustoleum clear spray paint or spray glaze from Michaels or Hobby Lobby

Hello spray painting the table followed by detail painting the grout might be an option to consider.

Your question has posted a few times not sure what happened
I would spray paint the table top white, and then paint the tiles with ceramic paint. That way I would avoid having to hand paint all those grout lines. Finish it off with a couple of coats of a spray outdoor urethane.
Can you tell us what you really mean in the last sentence? I know the "eating" part was a typo.
I think the table is beautiful as-is, but here are some more tables for you to look at for inspiration: Home and Garden DIY Ideas | Hometalk
Hi Sharon, if you'd like to change the color of your tiles, prep them first with a layer of primer, making sure to cover the tiles and the grout. Once the primer dries, you can apply the stain or paint using a roller. For a lasting finish, I would use floor paint. If it can handle heavy foot traffic it will last outside. WRT to eating off of the table afterwards, you'll find this article helpful - https://www.rawlinspaints.com/blog/food-safe-paint-or-hygiene-coating/
if you clean, regrout and seal all will be good. You can also spray paint but that is going to be only temporary that you will need to reapeat all the time
