Hair dryer
Try soaking it in water for an hour or more. Then you can often scrape it off. Goo Gone works every time too.
When all else fails I grab nail polish remover - it has acetone in it that will eat away at the sticker. Mineral spirits will work as well.

Goo Gone, WD-40, or any kitchen oil rubbed onto the sticker will make it easy to remove.
I find that lighter fliud has been excellent aid to remove any kind of sticker and its residue. It’s small tipped applicator applicator bottle is very useful as well as not to overuse a lot of chemicals. Perhaps using this as a soaking solvent buster and then using your retractable razor will solve your situation

Try peanut butter. It's my sticky go to remover.

Vegetable oil and a plastic scraper.
Goo Gone or WD-40 will easily remove the stickers.
Nail polish remover and a streight edge razor,or you could get goo gone sold at Home Depot removes sticky things
Rubbing Alcohol 91% and a cotton ball or paper towel.
