Hi! I've been told different methods, but, I must warn you, they didn't work for me. One was to reverse the tip that has dried out, another was to soak the tip in alcohol, and finally to soak the marker in hot water. Maybe mine were just too far gone?
i will try these,,,thanks

Have to admit, I have spun pens that have a gap in the ink and this worked.

My daughter used to fix hers by soaking in rubbing alcohol until you see them begin to bleed into the bowl.
I have used the alcohol method, and it worked sometimes. If you can take the top end off your marker, use an eye dropper and put a few drops of alcohol in the top. That worked the best for me.
How to Revive Dried Out Markers
Things You’ll Need:
Instructions:
Yes - the advice above would work - either try to add alcohol via the tip or the top of the ink holder should revive it. If the alcohol doesn't fix it long term, you could still try and dip it in alcohol before each use to get some ink out of it.
You could try some hot water but it could be that they've dried up completely inside since it's been a few years. Hope you can get them going though.
Just try dipping the pen's tip on a rubbing alcohol just until the ink starts to swirl. But these may only last for a short span of time.

Permanent markers need 75-90% alcohol.
Water-based markers need water.
Treating the tip isn’t a long term solution.
You’ll have to take off the cap at the back of the reservoir. It may be glued on.
You could try rubbing alcohol
You might need to did the tip every time you use it.

I've heard that you can soak the tips in water for a couple of hours until the moisture travels up the marker. It's worth a try!
I would soak the tips in a jar with a small amount of water so the marker absorbs the moisture then recap them and let them sit a while.
