After draining, I would use "OdoBan" to put a bit in the pan. It is a disinfectant as well as odor eliminator.
My folks who had an RV always put a mix of half bleach and half water in the toilet before storing. I have no idea if that's a good idea lol but it seemed to work fine!
Natures Miracle has live enzymes that eat urine & fecal matter. I’m not sure how long they’d live, if you’ve already used chemicals in there.

Go to an RV store they have chemicals that you put in the potty and storage tank for just that. Well worth the money.
Hi! I agree about the prepared chemicals. RV supply stores and even Walmart has the chemicals recommended for your waste system.
