If you want to attach them to something, I would suggest wood and use construction adhesive. If the wood has a nice grain, you could sand and stain it before attaching the mirrors.
Originally I was thinking was thinking how pretty they would look attached to fabric on a large board, then thought the fabric would sag from the weight of them. To do that, they would have to be meeting the board on the back of the mirrors, just cut away the space needed and use a glue to hold them there.
Here are a list of glues with pros and cons of each:

Glue on a board with the tips touching and you have a clover. Cut around them and paint the wooden boarder green adding a stem and hang.
Stick a special photo on each and attach stick on hooks on the back to display.
Hello. They could look attractive hanging from satin ribbon in a row as a vertical art statement. I have some hobby lobby beveled mirrors that display like that.

If you place the three hearts together with their points facing inwards they look like a 3 leaf clover. Perhaps you can play around with that layout?
Hi there: I would get a nice piece of wood, Frame it and stain the wood to bring out the grain. To attach the mirror to the wood, you need Loctite PL Premium or Liquid Nails. I truly think this would look adorable over a nice dresser.
