Mercury Glass Tree Project

I love the look of mercury glass ~ I’ve done projects in the past that have turned out great thought trees would look cool too ~ love how they turned out!
I bought these tree shaped glass candy/nut containers at Goodwill 69 cents each awesome deal!
Such an easy project :) all you need is a clean glass object a spray bottle of water & a can of Krylon Looking Glass spray paint (Wal-Mart sells it for 8.97 cheapest I’ve found) I spray the glass with a light/fine mist let it sit for a couple of minutes & then do a couple light coats of the looking glass paint ~ you can repeat the steps if you want more marks/streaking until you get the look you want :) Easy!
Love the mirror effect ~ much better the plain old clear glass!
Really love how they glow with the flameless tealights inside ~
Quick ~ easy ~ inexpensive project :)
Enjoyed the project?
