Doghouse Under the Stairs

We made a special little doghouse under our stairs for our little miniature dachshunds, Molly & Emma.

This is Molly peeking out the door. We used old barn wood to make our little door. My daughter says we are going to hang a wreath on the door during Christmas.

This is Molly and Emma.

I hung an adorable basket on the wall that I found at T.J. Maxx. It holds all of their dog accessories. Most importantly; the dog treats.

My husband built a half door inside the closet, so I still had room for the cleaning supplies. (broom, mop etc.). The half door allows me to enter to doghouse in order to get their beds for washing, or any other mess that may need my attention. They love their special little place.
