We had the kind of goal that is semi-portable. You fill the bottom with sand or something else to weigh down the bottom.
Terrain is going to dictate what you can do for the court. If you have a driveway that is fairly firm or poured, you can tape off or paint the lines. Temporarily you can add interlocking foam pads.

They sell portable basketball hoops that grow with the height of the child. I would start there.
Do you have any pavement on your property where you can put a basketball hoop? If not, then you would need to pour cement to create a flat area where you can bounce the basketball evenly.
12” Concrete pavers would be the cheapest at about 90¢ each.
In order for them to not settle un-evenly over time, you’ll have to make a level and compacted base, as well as hem them in with edging & stakes. This is very time consuming but not expensive.
You can paint the stripes on the pavers.
