How to Paint Grout
https://www.doityourself.com/stry/how-to-paint-grout
You can paint it with a paint pen, available on Amazon or in big box stores, then seal it. Make sure to keep it sealed or you will have to do it over.
I would advise using wet & forget shower in the future to keep it clean.
Using an ample amount of polishing powder, use the buffer to run over your terrazzo tile floor. The powder will form into a muddy mixture, that is exactly what you want. The muddy mixture means that the powder is working into your terrazzo tile floor. Your goal is to have all of the powder absorbed into the flooring

Make Your Grout Look Like New!
You can use grout paint
Home Depot and most all big stores like them sell stone floor cleaners and then a sealer to use once it is clean - you will find it where the tiles are in the store
You could always scrap some grout out and put new color
For the grout you can change the color using Mapei Grout REfresh. It comes in 30 colors. I use my carpet cleaner on my tiles in the kitchen. The brushes clean the tile beautifully and I rinse with the cleaner also. Works like a charm.
Heat up 1 cup of white vinegar, mix in about 1/4 cup of Dawn Premium. Not the dollar store kind, because it is too thin. When mixed, pour into a spray bottle and fill with water. Shake. Spray down the grout and let it sit overnight. In the morning rinse. If you have stubborn stains, spray again. Use this mixture a few times a week. It will keep your grout and tiles clean. Also works wonders in the toilet bowl to keep hard water stains at bay. Oh you only have to heat the vinegar one time when you add the Dawn. This works for the entire bathroom.
You can paint it. Here's a Hometalk discussion about it. https://www.hometalk.com/diy/paint/rooms/q-what-can-i-do-with-old-looking-terrazo-floors-can-the-be-painted-32204423
What can I do with old looking terrazo floors? Can they be painted?
Try CLR, full strength and a bit of scrubbing
The grout can be cleaned with hydrogen peroxide and baking soda, scrub with a brush and it'll be like new. You might try it on the tiles too.
