How do I remove the residue adhesive from self stick tile .
I am removing self stick tile from a linoleum floor. What can I use to wash the linoleum floor with that would remove the leftover adhesive. Thanks so much!!
Lighter fluid. Put a small amount on a cloth and rub the area. don't pour it on the floor.

Try denatured alcohol. If that doesn't work, try turpentine.
I keep lighter fluid solely for this purpose - to remove goo.
I have used Krud Kutter to remove glue from tile.
The useage is so easy. Hardly no smell.
I've used peanut butter to get sticky residue off of wood. The oil releases it.
