How can you get rid of pine sol smell from a mop?

Wash it! If it needs more, give it a soak overnight in a tub of vinegar and water, then wash.
Wash the mop head in your washing machine. Most mop heaps will screw off.
If it still smells after you wash it - leave it out in the sun for awhile. UV rays are great at taking away odors like that!
