Use Scoth Guard fabric protection spray
Spray the felt with Scotch Guard fabric protector front and back and let it dry before you use it. Don’t put another color of felt on the white or it will fade. Use hot glue if you can so that floral pins won’t rust. When the wreath is complete, spray everything fabric with the protector again. Don't let the wreath get wet. When the season is over, make sure the wreath is completely dry and wrap it in plastic or seal it in a wreath storage box so moisture and insects can’t get in. Do that every year, and your white wreath should last for years. Best wishes 😇💞
Try Waterproofer.
o@CathyRizzo, I hope you are taking pictures and will post your wreath project on Hometalk.com when you are finished. It should be special!
