What kind of problem did you run into? Those recipes are sometimes written for a specific wattage microwave and needs to be adjusted for the wattage of your microwave. If your was smaller wattage, it would take more time to get up to the temperature needed for it to come out right. For a higher wattage, it would take less time and could burn if left in for the stated time. I have that problem with my microwave. I have a 1250 watt and most recipes are written for between 1000 and 1100, occasionally for 1200.
