We have used a minute of hot water and blue Dawn dishwashing detergent with a toothbrush applied on the stained spots. Works like a charm.

I've had success with white toothpaste, warm water and a toothbrush to scrub it on. Wishing you the best.
Wash them with dish soap and a tooth brush. Rinse under the faucet. Prop open to dry or sit next to a register duct overnight.

Throw them in the washing machine in a pillow case
Magic eraser and hydrogen peroxide, if white.
